Cat Guarantees
Once entered into the promise program your cat will be guaranteed against the following illnesses for one year:

Upper respiratory infections caused by Feline Rhinotraceitis and Calicivirus. AAH will cover the costs of treatment. |

|
Any disorders caused by Panleukopenia. AAH will cover the costs of treatment. |
|
|
Ear mite Infection - If your pet tests positive for ear mites, AAH will cover the costs for treatment. |
|
|
Intestinal Worms - any positive test for intestinal worms AAH will cover the costs for treatment. |
|
|
Heartworm Infection - If your cat shows signs and tests positive for heartworms AAH will cover the costs of treatment. |
|
|
AAH will provide treatments needed to enable a pet to recover from any allergic reactions that have been medically documented regarding vaccines or drugs used in a protocol. |

|
AAH will cover the cots of treatment if your cat is infected with fleas. |
|
|
If you decide to receive the Leukemia guarantee, any feline leukemia related conditions will be managed at no cost to you! Your pet must be tested for Feline Leukemia infection prior to being accepted into the program, at least two feline leukemia vaccines must be given by AAH and all cats in your household must be tested negative for this guarantee to be enforced. |
Ansede Animal Hospital insures your pet up to $2,000 for costs related to the above conditions. All costs for diagnostic tests required to confirm a suspected agent will be the responsibility of the pet owner. If the tests confirm that the cause of the problem is covered by the promise plan, then we will reimburse you for all costs.
