Terms of the Guarantee

Owner must pay for the Promise Package in full up front before being considered inducted into the program. The guarantee is void if there is a breech in the financial agreement or until the dispute is resolved. Obviously, if you fail to honor a payment or the service is under dispute from a credit vendor then you are not in the program.
- Owner must not substitute any products from other sources (ex. heartworm/flea products) or the guarantee is void. Any prescription dispensed that is not used according to its label willl result in dissolving the guarantee.
- The cost of the program is not refundable. Ansede Animal Hospital assumes the costs of treatment for any disease covered by the program. If a pet dies despite treatment effort, Ansede Animal Hospital will deal with an appropriate solution with the owner on a case by case basis.
- No other special discounts or promotions apply to this program.
- Any diagnostics and/or treatments covered under this plan must be performed at Ansede Animal Hospital or a hospital approved by Dr. Frank Ansede, DVM, or no costs will be covered by Ansede Animal Hospital.
- Owner must adhere to the specific protocol of the program. If the owner misses an appointment the guarantee is void. Ansede Animal Hospital will make resasonable attempts to remind the owner of the desiginated appointment. Ansede Animal Hospital cannot be held responsible if the owner does not notify us of any change of address and/or phone number.
- Guarantee is good for one year and can be renewed annually.
- The guarantee is not transferable to other pets. However, it can be transferred to another owner if the pet is donated/adopted or otherwise transferred to another owner.
- Any preexisting diseases noted by Ansede Animal Hospital can disqualify your pet from the program. If your pet is sick before or at the time you wish to be entered into the program, Dr. Ansede reserves the option not to enlist your pet in the program.
